At Opium, we run ours in the candlelit vault, gathered around the apothecary where the real work happens.

How the masterclass works

Your group takes over a corner of the vault. A bartender talks you through the building blocks: balance, dilution, the difference a good shake makes. Then you make. Expect to shake a sour until your hands ache, stir an old fashioned to the right temperature, and learn why we char, smoke and infuse the way we do.
