The apothecary teaches: a masterclass below ground
Learn the dark arts

shake, stir, and never confess your measures
Behind the unmarked door, beneath Grove Street, our bartenders hand you the tin. A masterclass at Opium is not a demonstration you watch from a polite distance. You gather close at the apothecary, you learn the grammar of a great serve, and you leave having built three of our signatures with your own hands.
Pinned to the table
The lesson, in six hands
Balance first, then technique, then theatre. We teach the difference between a drink shaken and a drink stirred, and exactly when a serve demands each. By the last polaroid, the measures are yours to keep.
